JOSSIE PEREZ Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico this international opera singer moved to the United States when she was 12.    She has sung leading roles in many of the top operas in the world including   The Metropolitan Opera,   Washington National Opera,   Teatro Real,   Teatro Liceu, Berlin, Japan, to mention a few.    Winner ofThe Metropolitan Opera National Council Opera Competition, Placido Domingo's Zarzuela Operalia Competition and Richard Tucker Award.    She is not only known for her magnificent portrayal of pants roles such as Idamante, Cherubino and Sesto but also for making the role of "Carmen" come to life in a way no other has in years.    Amazing voice and what an actress she will make a fan out of anyone.
